“Wow just wow, this was probably the best presentation I have ever seen and boy did I cry!”
“Beyond excellent. Life changing, eye opening and added a new dimension to the need for men to be in their children's lives, however, that can happen safely.”
“WOW! This is wellbeing to its core. Selfless service to the community. Inspiring!”
“So powerful to hear about how one man can make a difference. I have come away understanding men's mental health and key issues.”
“Powerful, thought provoking, sad and necessary”

Group Class Donations
Introducing a payment sliding scale. We believe everyone should have access to support, connection and wellbeing, no matter their financial situation. That’s why we’re introducing a sliding scale payment system for our group classes.
How it works:
You choose what you can afford to pay each week – no questions asked.
No payment – if you need to prioritise other essentials, you’re still very welcome.
$5–$10 per class – if you can help cover the basic cost of your spot.
$20+ – if you want to help cover costs for others too.
Thank you for contributing in whatever way you can, every little bit helps us keep these activities running and open to all.
